
Pita Chips with Vegetable Sticks and Hummus

Instructions
Preheat the oven or air fryer to 200°C (fan).
If the pita is hollow, split it in half to make two thin rounds.
Lightly brush the pita with oil and sprinkle with dried herbs and a pinch of salt.
Cut the pita into thin strips or wedges.
Oven method: Place pita strips on a baking tray and bake for about 6 minutes until crisp.
Air fryer method: Place strips in the basket and cook for 4 to 5 minutes, shaking halfway through.
Allow pita chips to cool and crisp.
Cut the cucumber, capsicum and carrot into sticks.
Spoon the hummus into a small container with a lid.
Pack the pita chips separately from the vegetables and hummus to keep them crunchy.
