
Easy Chicken Drumsticks Oven Bake

Instructions
Preheat oven to 180°C.
Line a baking tray or baking dish with baking paper.
Chop potatoes into small bite-sized pieces.
Place in a large bowl.
Add 1 tablespoon oil, ½ teaspoon paprika, ½ teaspoon Italian herbs, and pepper.
Mix well with a wooden spoon.
Transfer to the lined baking tray or dish and roast for 40 to 50 minutes.
Remove skin from drumsticks: hold the large end, pull the skin down towards the small end, and remove it completely.
Place skinless drumsticks in a large bowl.
Roughly chop the onion and add to the bowl.
If using fresh garlic, peel and chop cloves. Add to the bowl.
Chop carrot into bite-sized pieces and add to the bowl.
Cut broccoli florets from the stalk and slice into smaller pieces. Add to the bowl.
Add 1 tablespoon oil, ½ teaspoon paprika, ½ teaspoon Italian herbs, and pepper.
Mix well with a wooden spoon.
Transfer to another lined baking tray or dish.
Roast for 25 to 30 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through (no longer pink inside).
Divide chicken, potatoes, and vegetables between plates.
Sprinkle with pepper to taste.
